塑料絕緣控制電纜

 一、產品介紹（Product introduction）

塑料絕緣控制電纜適用于額定電壓450/750V及以下控制線路中，主要分為交聯聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜和聚氯乙烯絕緣控制電纜。

產品可按客戶需求生產具有阻燃、耐火、無鹵低煙等特殊性能，其性能符合GB/T 19666-2019標準中阻燃、耐火、無鹵低煙特性要求。

Plastic insulated control cables are suitable for control lines with rated voltage of 450 / 750V and below. They are mainly divided into XLPE insulated control cables and PVC insulated control cables.

The products can be produced according to the requirements of customers, with flame retardant, fire resistant, halogen-free low smoke and other special properties, and their properties meet the requirements of flame retardant, fire resistant and halogen-free low smoke in GB / T 19666-2019.

3.1          正常運行時，交聯聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜導體最高溫度為90℃，聚氯乙烯絕緣控制電纜導體最高溫度為70℃。

In normal operation, the maximum temperature of XLPE insulated control cable conductor is 90 ℃, and that of PVC insulated control cable conductor is 70 ℃.

3.2          短路時（最長持續5秒），交聯聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜導體最高溫度為250℃，聚氯乙烯絕緣控制電纜導體最高溫度為160℃。

In case of short circuit (lasting for 5 seconds at most), the maximum temperature of XLPE insulated control cable conductor is 250 ℃, and that of PVC insulated control cable conductor is 160 ℃.

3.3          電纜敷設不受落差限制，敷設時環境溫度不應低于0℃。

The cable laying is not limited by the drop, and the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃.

3.4          敷設時電纜的最小彎曲半徑：交聯聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜無鎧裝時不小于8D, 聚氯乙烯絕緣控制電纜無鎧裝時不小于6D，有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽時不小于12D，有屏蔽層的軟電纜時不小于6D（D為電纜外徑）

Minimum bending radius of cable during laying: not less than 8D for XLPE insulated control cable without armor, not less than 6D for PVC insulated control cable without armor, not less than 12D for armored or copper tape shielded cable, not less than 6D for flexible cable with shielding layer (D is the outer diameter of cable)
